Find a Bug or Have a Technical Question? Post Here!
If you find something in one of the games that just doesn't seem right or are having a problem with the functionality of either game please let us know. Thanks.

Re: Find a Bug or Have a Technical Question? Post Here!
Hi Dennis, First let me say I love Boxed In 1 and 2! For some reason, when I try to open the app by pressing the icon, it comes up as usual and says "loading" but never loads. After a few seconds it goes back to my home screen on my phone. I have gotten up to and completed level 45 then put my phone on the charger. Now this morning I am having this problem. I have checked other apps and games and found the others working fine. Is it my phone? Can u give me a suggestion as to how I can fix this?
Thanks, Twink

I realize this question isn't directed to me, but while browsing I noticed your problem; my sister had the same complaint with a different app & the fix is easy. Her problem (quite common) was memory needing to be cleared; maybe yours is too. Wondering if you've tried re-booting your device to clear your memory? This should be done periodically anyway and all this means is turning the device completely off and then back on. Turn it off by holding the on/off button on the top right of your device until a message appears, then power off per message. Wait a minute, then turn it back on by simply pressing the same button again. I don't have to keep holding the button down on mine to turn it on, but if the apple logo doesn't appear try holding the button down until you see the white apple. So many folks are never told of this Apple-recommended solution for sluggish surfing or apps that won't load; no idea why.
If a re-boot doesn't work, you'll at least know what the problem ISN'T, and that's the first info someone helping you will want. Hope your problem is just memory needing clearing; probably that's all it is.
